This box features all of our delicious bird friendly versions of tasty pasta meals you cook at home. Tiny whole grain pastas, beans, veggies, and peas make super tasty warm meals. We've done all the hard work for you, so you can sit back and enjoy watching your feathered pal dig in!

Our Pasta Packs are a FAST SHIP item and generally ships within 3-5 days of order. Adding to a large, custom, or complex order may increase these times. Available as a one time purchase to fill in gaps, or set up to arrive automatically every month and save 5%!

*Please note, pasta dishes with beans MUST be cooked thoroughly prior to serving. Raw or non-soaked beans can be unhealthy for your bird.

Pasta Marsala

This delightful dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, with its lovely orange hue and bright fresh peas. Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its lovely golden color.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant, in addition to being super yummy! :)

Pasta Marsala Dinner Ingredients:

*Turmeric, *Fresh Sliced Ginger, *Soaked Red and White Quinoa, *Sprouted Buckwheat, *Soaked White Millet, *Green Split Peas, *Tender Green Peas, *Yellow Split Peas, *Speckled Green Peas, Cilantro, and *Stir Fry Rice Pasta.

Pasta Marsala Cooking Directions:

Add desired portion to boiling water and reduce heat. Simmer until pasta and peas are tender. No need to drain, sauce will thicken slightly upon standing. Let cool completely before serving.

Tasty Twist: Add a bit of Almond or Coconut milk after cooking for a creamy curry! Yum!

Veggie O's

Just like Mom used to make, only better! This yummy dish makes a great soup or pasta dish! Tender veggies and adorable Birdy size pasta rings make eating vegetables fun!

Carrot Shreds and tops, Beet tops, Mixed greens, In Season Squash (acorn, butternut, spaghetti, etc), Tender Sweet Peas, Green Split Peas, Yellow Split Peas, Soaked Red and White Quinoa, Sprouted Buckwheat, Soaked White Millet, Dill, Basil, Oregano, Cilantro, Rosemary, and Tiny Ring Pasta.

Fried Rice

Our bird friendly take on an Asian style classic, this delicious rice dinner makes a hearty fan favorite!


*Whole Grain Rice, *Jasmine Rice, *Brown Rice, *Carrots (or *Sweet Potato, as seasonally available), *Peas, *Green Beans, *Arugula, *Shredded White Cabbage, *Celery, *Soaked Rolled Barley, *Red and White Quinoa, *Wheatgrass, *Green and Yellow Split Peas, and *White Millet. Seasoning & Topping Mix: *Ginger, *Ground Flaxseed, Lemon Zest, and *Sliced Almonds.

Red Beans and Rice

Louisiana styled, this Cajun dinner kit packs just the right amount of heat to entice beaks of all sizes! A real Southern favorite, we've made this classic dish Bird-friendly and nutritious.


*Jasmine Rice, *Red Adzuki Beans, Cayenne, *Flaked Red Pepper, *Red Bell Pepper, *Sweet Baby Peppers, Our Fan Favorite Ragin' Cajun Corn (*Corn soaked in Jalapeno juice with *Jalapenos, *Red and Green Chilis, *Banana Peppers, *Hot Red Peppers, and *Crushed Red Pepper), and Ceylon Cinnamon.

Bernie Mac 'N Cheese

Don't worry! There's no actual cheese or dairy in this bird friendly dish, but THEY won't know that! This one is a real favorite here! Comes as a kit, with pasta and separate sauce packet! We suggest preparing with coconut milk, but you can use water or another healthy alternative! Sold as a 1/2 pound of pasta, plus sauce mix!

Mini Shell Ingredients:

Rice Flour, and Whole Egg.

Sauce Ingredients:

Sweet Potato, Coconut Flour, Coconut Powder. 

**Suggested Cooking Directions**:

Bring water in a saucepan to boil, add pasta. While pasta is cooking, in a separate pan add Sauce mix to 1/3 cup coconut milk. Simmer on low stirring frequently. Will thicken into a "cheesy" sauce! Turn off and allow to cool. Cook pasta until tender and drain. Stir sauce into pasta and serve when cool! Makes several servings! Refrigerate any leftovers.

"Broccoli Medley" Ingredients:

*Carrots and Tops, *Green and Yellow Split Peas, *Beet Tops, *Kale, *Mustard Greens, *Spinach, *Lentil Sprouts, *Rolled Barely, *Soaked Red and White Quinoa, *Gluten-Free Vegetable Pasta, *Broccoli, Basil, *Cauliflower, and Cilantro.

"Hot Seat" -Spicy Flavors Ingredients:

*Carrots and Tops, *Peas, *Green Beans, *Kale, *Mustard Greens, *Spinach, *Lentil Sprouts,*Rolled Barely, *Soaked Red and White Quinoa, *Gluten-Free Vegetable Pasta, *Hot and Sweet Baby Peppers, *Red Bell Pepper, *Jalapenos, *Banana Peppers, *Flaked Red Pepper, and Oregano.

For all Brew and Stew Kit Blends:

*Some ingredients may be interchanged due to seasonal availability, or to expedite your order. When pumpkin is not available, other healthy squash and sweet potato will be used in its place. 

(We suggest taking only the portion of dry product you wish to use right now and resealing the rest for later.

Prepare as you would any other pasta dish. Add pasta to boiling water, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until pasta is almost desired tenderness. Add vegetable mix and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Drain pasta (if desired) and toss with Seasoning and seed mix. Allow to cool before serving!
