Sprouted quinoa contains all nine essential amino acids, with roughly 14-15 grams of protein per 100 grams. Moreover, it's packed with, fiber, iron and antioxidants, making sprouted quinoa a super nutritious and tasty food.
Sprouting increases the amounts of vitamins and minerals in the lentils, especially B vitamins and carotene. Sprouting produces Vitamin C. Like many legumes, lentils have sugars that create intestinal gas. Sprouting helps break down some of those sugars.
Buckwheat is a good source of protein, packed full of amino acids which provide an array of nutritional benefits for your body. Whether cooked or sprouted buckwheat is a great source of nutrition, however, it is very starchy and components (saponins and lecitins) are present unless you germinate (sprout).

My budgies love these
My budgies would only eat seed. I've tried so many things from the grocery store produce section and yet they won't touch anything. I was eating healthier, but it did nothing for my birds. : ) I found a package of these super sprouts at a pet store in Lansing. My birds immediately took to these in the dried form. This morning, they even went to the sprouts before eating their seeds. Needless to say I'm thrilled. I think the trick for my birds was giving them something dried like these sprouts and the fact that they are something small like a seed. I don't think they like the texture or feel of food with a lot of moisture and maybe this is just the start to getting them converted to a healthier diet. Hopefully now that they have experimented with something other than seed, the door is open! Can't wait to try a lot of other things from this company.
